Court and Tribunal Services
Staff in the Court and Tribunal Services program support the judiciary and quasi-judicial officers in managing a range of courts, tribunals and boards. Employees include those providing services in the following fields:

- librarians and library technicians
State Solicitor's Office
This office provides career opportunities for professional assistants, article clerks, legal officers, solicitors and parliamentary counsel. Activities include conduct of litigation, provision of legal advice, representation as counsel in courts and tribunals, preparation of legal documents; and preparation of legislation to give effect to Government policy.
Parliamentary Counsel's Office
The Parliamentary Counsel's Office provides comprehensive drafting and related services to Government, and State Government departments and agencies. It also provides career opportunities for information technology specialists and database administrators.
Public Trust Office
Career opportunities in the Public Trust Office exist for trust officers in areas including the management and administration of trusts and deceased estates, administrative services to those requiring assistance in managing their affairs, and the preparation of wills.
Corporate Support Services
Corporate staff provide support services across the Department. A range of job opportunities exists for professional, technical, administrative and general support staff, including:
